Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use velorexmusic.com, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

What we collect

• Order details — your name, email, phone and delivery address. We need these to take payment and deliver a parcel.
• Account details — if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
• Basket contents — what you put in your cart, so we can restore it and, where you have given us an address, remind you about it.
• Usage data — anonymous analytics about which pages are visited, via Google Analytics.

What we do not collect

We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking details. Payment happens inside Razorpay, and only a payment reference comes back to us.

Email

We send order confirmations and delivery updates because you bought something — these are not marketing and cannot be switched off while an order is open. Newsletters and offers are only sent if you asked for them, and every one of those carries a one-click unsubscribe link that works immediately.

Sharing

We share what is necessary with our delivery partners, our payment processor (Razorpay) and our email provider (Brevo). We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Abandoned-basket records are deleted after 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies and local storage

We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart and keep you signed in, and Google Analytics cookies to understand which pages people use. Clearing your browser data removes all of it.
