At Velorex Music, we take pride in delivering your musical treasures safely and swiftly. Every order is packed with extreme care to ensure that your vinyl records and CDs arrive in pristine condition.
Delivery is set per product. Each item is either free delivery or carries a delivery charge — the product page tells you which before you add it to your cart.
Where an item does not carry its own rate, we ship from Delhi/NCR and apply the zone rate for your address:
Selected products ship free — look for the delivery note on the product page. If everything in your cart is a free-delivery item, you pay no delivery charge at all. Otherwise the rate above applies once per order, not per item.
Typical delivery times:
• Delhi/NCR: 2-4 business days
• Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
• Other Cities: 5-8 business days
• Remote Locations: 10-12 business days
We currently ship within India only via our online checkout. International customers are welcome to email us at orders@velorexmusic.com with the product(s) you're interested in and your delivery country — we'll quote shipping for your address and share a secure payment link. Typical reply within 1 business day.
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Vinyl records are shipped in specialized high-grade cardboard mailers with extra padding to prevent corner dings and seam splits.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.
