These terms govern your use of velorexmusic.com and any order you place with Velorex Music. Placing an order means you accept them.
Velorex Music is a curated record store selling vinyl records, audio CDs, cassettes, Blu-rays and DVDs, operating from Gurugram and Meerut, India.
An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it by email after payment is captured. If an item turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will contact you and refund that item in full.
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery is charged per order, not per item, and is shown before you pay. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors; if a correction affects an order you have already paid for, we will contact you and offer a full refund rather than charge the difference.
New and sealed items are described as such. Pre-owned items are graded honestly and carry a Pre-owned label on the product page; minor sleeve wear is normal on older pressings and is not a defect.
Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details. An order is only created once Razorpay confirms the payment to us.
We ship within India through our online checkout. International customers can email us for a quote. See our Shipping Policy for rates and timelines.
Damaged or incorrect items are covered by our Returns & Refunds policy.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Tell us immediately if you believe someone else has access to your account.
Product names, cover artwork and label logos are the property of their respective owners and appear here to describe the items we sell.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction.
